RE:RE:fcc and csk

RE:RE:fcc and cskyo cheers digger, sounds like i got it right just about, thanks for your input, this whole scenario seems to be based on a lack of cash from csk side... any buisness with enough cash would be stepping forwards with the mill and showing some sort of income accordingly, we all know how difficult it is in the world of buisness, financing and costs right.... this guy from csk is selling us out cheaply and before time due to his postion offered afterwards within fcc, a bribe, or some other reason unknown.
if shareholders vote no, is that strong enough in the world of commerce to stop this deal ?.... if so, how long do you think it would take for the mill and other processes to be brought online to produce something??... and where would financing of 25 million come from ?..... hhhmmmm...
i,ll stick with csk until i hear news about this crappy merger, who knows??.... maybe fcc kicks upwards for a short time

otherwise i,ll repeat my earlier statement
katanga has glencore behind it and the drc company(goverment friendly)
multi millions spent on streamlining and re-focusing on cobalt and still only around .82cad....fcc doesnt have that muscle or any income, just a overblown paper company..... so i expect their value to fall, with or without csk.... i,ll stick with csk and hope they get financing alone... cheers p
