CEO controls 95 million shares (37%) of total 254 million outstanding shares. Board and other insiders own 17 million. New Pinetree management holding stong with 38 million. This represents about 60 percent of the outstanding shares in strong hands and not likely selling anytime soon. PP holders from last year not likely selling anything below 5 cents (39.88 million). This does not include any private individuals with large positions holding strong.
