Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

Its just how the market moves, we had a 300% run (so did PHM) and a pull back was in order.
I know people are saying it was due to financials but I disagree. If financials came out when this
was at the bottom of the range (.075) we would have rallied and said the market loved the financials. Anywho I expect the next leg up to start after a bit more consolidation here for
both PHM and CXV.
