They still saw the potential and bigger dollars down the road for themselves. I can't see how 4.40 was their number. The NR does state management are voting FOR with their 3.9% which sort of contradicts this theory, but who knows. I hope that we are able to accept other offers. Now it's been revealed that Vector and Caputo wanted to steal SVC and they werent prepared to bid for it, others may enter the fold.
Fund cos collectively own 20% and some of them just bought in recently and maybe looking for more.
