The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada, with a primary focus on the exploration of the Lac Dore and Iron-T Properties in Quebec. The Company produces a stream of quality vanadium electrolytes for Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB). The Iron-T Property is located in the Nord-du-Quebec administrative region in the Province of Quebec, approximately 15 kilometers (km) east of Matagami and 780 km northwest of Montreal. The Lac Dore Property is located approximately 27 km east-southeast from the City of Chibougamau, in Eeyou Istchee James Bay Territory, Nord-du-Quebec administrative region, Province of Quebec, Canada. The Lac Dore Project comprises two claim blocks, referred to as Lac Dore Main and Lac Dore North. The Lac Dore Main claims cover an area of 648.82 hectares (Ha), and the Lac Dore North claims cover an area of 4,637.87 Ha.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The recent blackrock financing I made no such statement.  Of course the end game is to put every opportunity into production. The problem is, there is simply not enough capital to finance every opportunity and not every mine is a good one.  That does not mean that "people do not have to live" and some take advantage of every opportunity presented to them to do so very well.  I am not in any way saying that anyone here fits that bill.

The history here is a succession of better and better production improvements with different partners leading up to our current situation.  You just have to have been around a while to know this and to get to  know the people involved.  I guess that becomes kind of insider information but it is all public information available to anyone if they want to be knowledgeable.  No one has ever told me anything that is not already published and the only possible "insider" stuff is a verbal confirmation that what has been said is absolutely true.  That in itself is extremely important, if you know the people.
