RE:RE:RE:How legally binding is an MOUJust saying N at present is seeking a more collaborative and fulfilling partnership at present with canopy.
Legal and binding while in effect .  However mou's and agreements can be terminated anytime per terms of agreement.
So it wouldn't put a wrench in progress if another lp wanted to buyout.  
I still think Sean wants to grow business and take it as far as he can first.  And that he's doing.  He alludes in earlier articles of being offered to sell company but he turned down the offer.  Smart move.
Doesnt mean down the road a buyout isn't plausible .
