Seems $3USD is the only tangible hurdle. Or maybe $2USD depending how one interprets the wording in that doucment.

Neinstein, yes, I misread that. So either ~ $2.50 CDN or $3.75 CDN minimum stock price under the "Nasdaq Capital Market" tier (depending on what other requirements can be met).

IMO it will take successful clinical trial results or a major deal with a significant WOW factor to get there.
