RE:RE:RE:Is 'Trumpscare' Dead?At this point it is obvious to everyone that the Republicans are not a unified party. So the Democrats can just sit back and wait for the 2018 mid-terms for a bunch of the opposition to lose their seats to more Dems. At that point I'd expect the two parties to finally work together to improve that horrid health care system.

All of this means chaos for the health care industry for the next 2 years. Don't expect a lot of M&A or major investments.

As for TSO3, it's a great technology, cheaper and more effective than the competitive products. Hospitals are unlikely to be forced to buy it - regulators rarely force a monopoly product on any industry. It'll be a slow adoption as the benefits are promulgated and their existing solutions reach end of life.

We're stuck with the Getinge distribution deal, with what, 3 years to expiry? We don't know what the buyout terms are, but you can bet they are onerous.
