$15 million is enough to cover the 20,000sf warehouse and the first 100,000 sf greenhouse. Of course, you're going to try to argue the $200 million figure that was announced for the entire 1.5 million sf plus the 20,000 sf warehouse as well as the hotel, research facility, museum, auditorium, etc.... go bash somewhere else junior. :)
