RE:RE:Actually a little surprised to see it under the 50 DMA....i disagree. it's prudent for them to raise given the significant increase in the share price. it's always good to be in a strong financial position. the money will help with the launch, continue with business activities and perhaps be used for an acqusition. you raise money when you can in this market. although i believe fda approval is almost a certainty, what happens if there is a CRL and stock tanks? the company has to ensure they have the finances to continue. i have no trouble with a financing if that were to happen. i am hoping it's somewhat minimal but i understand. i use to own TRIL and many people were hoping they would raise more capital when the stock was in the upper teens/lower $20's. the company chose not to raise and then months later, the stock was at $7. they raised then. they must have been kicking themselves for not raising when the stock price was much higher. one of the bigger knocks on companies is their cash position. i have no problem knowing therf has plenty of coin in the bank
