Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

I think the probability of those plays hitting anything viable is 15%, then NRN in particular is now working on it's 3rd cow manure property - why would the "market" give it any credit. But I know what you are talking about.

In a sense we are in the same boat, but the probability of CXV coming through is way better, and if not we still have 7 centers all generating revenue and a profit.

As for a pull back you never really know when it's coming, this could have ran to .25 just as easily then pulled back to (.07 + .25 = .32 / 2 or 50%) .16
You never know the top for sure
