Today's Update This week they expect the first crates with the Ball Mill body w/other upgrade equipment to arrive by ship in the Gulf of Fonseca. It is a 45 minute drive to Cobra de Oro. The Ball Mill crown with other equipment to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. We should have a 4X production once the installation is complete (end of Augiust). He said they are doing around 35 t/d at present (that's all the small ball mill can handle). They are preparing to auger down into the dumpsite at La Cobra to test the consistence of grade & have been collecting many sampling from the dump site. Other nearby dumpsites are being explored for high garde content as well. Drilling at La Cobra to start (weather permitting) in Sept/Oct.
The grade being processed presently at the mill has been running consistent at 22 g/t! They are testing to make sure they are recovering 90%+ through the circuit.
Jean said they have secured enough ore between the artisnal miners & the dump site(s) at La Cobra/nearby for a minimum of 2 years supply based on 120 t/d. The concession will be fully drilled & feasibility studies done, if all goes well in a year or less (my conclusion). He told me that the small miners in their operations are running ore grades of 100 g/t or better & that the ore they bring to La Cobra is the 22 g/t tailings!! La Cobra remember is the most prised of all the mines in Honduras. We could land those high grade ores at La Cobra, I'll be surprised if they don't. We should be getting an update at some point within a month +-. Looks like gold has some lift, it closed above the 1240 mark. Would be nice to see the juniors catch a good lift too.
