Thanks for the advice Mill and Cudjo but I will be exercising all my rights and oversubscribing to the maximum allowable (double). Feel free to not exercise your rights....oh wait....you don't have any.....funny people with 0 rights are telling others what to do with theirs.... Also, Kaiser is an American and cannot participate so it is pretty easy for him to say don't exercise your rights as a strategy. With 3.3 rights per share perhaps there will be a sell down to 0.105 but unlike last time retail shareholders are not going 1:1 but 3.3:1. And with the larger position Eric/Robert have this time than last time there is a much smaller position to be raised by retail shareholders than last financing. You might get sub 0.10...but you might not....good luck.
