Some of it was government cash. But now it is partly my cash and I assume also yours. CST doesn't have tons of cash. They really need to get more clients before running out of it.

If you measure the viability of a company by looking at how good their website looks, I wish you good luck with your investments. I prefer to look at their technology and business plan. Yes major corporations have good looking websites, but they can pay for it without putting themselves at risk. CST is low on cash. I don't think they will be low on cah for very long, but for the time being they must preserve cash.
