newsflash dude. You are not going down to 3 a share of this fails.  Do some bloody math based on your earnings and EV.  What, you think you still trade at a 5x Ebitda multiple?   Quaint.  But your inability to understand finance is your problem, don't make it mine

I would like to see this TMB board ousted is they act in reckless disregard to empirical reality in the future.  Give your head a shake.  

Not sure what to think....   It almost seems that they had a target price in mind for a buyout, and then they don't seem like they want to work anymore.

They likely have enough insider ownership to get rich and retire! 

Not the best for exisiting shareholders thats for sure.
