I believe it is at 12 cents because it is a 100% venture stock speculation and nothing happens until there is something in the works that is proven and takes away some of the speculation. Until then it goes up or down according to the whims of the marketplace and/or the manipulators......and the speculation. I get the feeling there are a lot of people here who expected it to zoom to blue skies right after they bought and they are not content to let the story unfold as it may. I am. GLTA and all IMHO.
