Why are u worrying?

there was a private placement a few months ago at 5 cents a share. i doubt think a scam  venture stock would push its employees into a scam and at 200 grand at that. My only concern is a lack of news... i got in at the 3.0 cent mark today and will keep an eye this corp's releases and will keep u all updated. i have already sent an email to the corp requesting info regaring earnings release dates. i don't expect this stock to be very active news wise but we have secured ourselves in a decent place. the pp already suggests that if worse comes to worse you could always break even once the stock returns to management's target price. I think given the fact that we haven't seen news since feb we are due for recent release. We need to hear news on the status of some of these projects.
