You know that the fastest way to push a body under is to take them to court!!!!

Since Eldorado and the management team have far more money than you, your own body would the one being pushed under.

The ones who have the money make the rules.

Although this is a bad deal, you are far better off than thousands of other junior exploration companies whose SP plummets to nothing, suffers a trading halt and is delisted.
