Are Sessions Days as US Attorney General Numbered?It sure seems that way...

As a continuation of the previous post referencing documented disagreements between Trump and Sessions (link) it appears that the relationship has not improved any based on the today's NYT article below:

And again for those not following US politics, Jeff Sessions is the US Attorney General. He is the head of the Department of Justice and chief law enforcement officer of the Federal Government. He is a well known opponent to legalization of cannabis and since cannabis is still included on Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, it remains an illegal drug at the Federal level.

A Sessions resignation from his US AG role would likely result in a very large positive impact in the US cannabis space (on the theory that Sessions is a big opponent of cannabis). It may very well be the best thing to happen to the US/California cannabis industry since last November's election.
