Solid indeed.  As per the MD&A .

"In the second half of the year, the Regional One maintenance capital expenditures will increase marginally as the size of its leased fleet increases. However, with the substantial completion of the aircraft overhaul program at the operating airlines, we will see the remainder of the Aerospace & Aviation segment’s maintenance capital expenditures fall by approximately 35-45%. "

At least we know that maintenance fees are expected to be significantly lower in Q3 and Q4 so I expect payout ratio will be below historical norms again.
