There is also some anecdotal evidence that average "dollar value" individual orders have increased. Speaking for myself, i used to order when what i wanted became available, but now i can order what i want once for the month and that's it as there is so much more available, so effectively my order has doubled or more in quantity, even though it's decreased in frequency. Remains to be seen...
