The level of financial literacy on this board is so low, I wonder if I should keep on posting.
Send me $100 and every year I will send you an interest of $20 (20 % rate). It is a nice investment isn't it. Then after 5 years I will ask you to 'invest' another $100 with the same promise of 20% interest rate and so on every 5 years.
Do you think it is a good investment or will you realize that I am giving you back YOUR OWN money .
You would be right to suspect a Ponzi game
Another exemple: I buy 100 shares at $10. The year after, I sell these 100 shares at $9.
My cash flow for that year is $9.
Am I a good investor because of my $9 cash flow or will you realize that I am a lousy investor with a $1 loss for that year ? The cash flow is my own money.
You CANNOT compare the cashflow of a real estate company with their enormous FIXED assets with the cash glow of INP which has no fixed assets
I sincerely hope that a poster will understand these points and will explain them in better term than I did
