RE:TABLE POUNDING BUY!!!50c perhaps in a safer jurisdiction, but northeast DRC has seen plenty of conflict, and the risk of a lot more is rising every day that Kabila holds on to power.  If serious conflict breaks out how will they get funding? 50c is not possible near term but zero is.
