Shocking,as Alford clearly was giddy about further m+a interest on the past several conference calls.  Perhaps Cyrus Cap put the kibosh on something they had cooking?  Going to see a decline in the revs coming out of PNG going forward, the company must add more WCSB size/product lines or risk overpaying later.
