The only way I will "swalow the pill" is if an offering is linked to an acquisition that will increase the EPS immediately. I am not at all insterested in putting more money in the coffers just to be safe.
Alternatively, they could do the offering in conjunction with a Nasdaq listing.
Investors would presume the inspection went well and the share price would move up.
I still think this is all noise from the warrants.
