Early Bird Gets the Worm?Someone over at CIBC either knows that the IRB is about to be (or has been) approved or suspects this is the case based on the string of buys over the past few days:

You can see they started with a 5 cent bid, but probably weren't building a position fast enough at that level and in the last two days raised that bid to 6 cents where they've had much more success. Thursday they acquired a mere 35K out of the 42K total volume for the day, but today (Friday) proved more fruitful taking down 199K of the 218K total volume.

Someone clearly appears to be building a position in IME. It will be interesting to see if 1) this buyer will continue accumulating in coming days and 2) if this is the Efficient Market Hypothesis dictating that good news is around the corner.
