When first announced it was more of an MOU and at the same time Chuck was quoted that it would surprise him if it took more that 3 months to see any money.
SURPRISE, it's been 7 months now.
The fact is it took almost 5 months to actually sign an OFFICIAL  contract (Photgraphed of course and they added a Marine core picture WTF!) BUT it is still being looked over by the UTILITY side so it will take longer.
What I'm saying is they are FAST at HEADLINES but far on SUBSTANCE for the sake of Duchess who can cash in.
They can't be still PRICING INVERTERS AND SOLAR PANELS for Christ sakes.
THE OTHER PROJECTS are WHAT! and WHERE as in construction. 
I would have EXPECTED plenty of PR by now if they were going on and they keep mentioning those other projects.
This recent so called PARTNERSHIP, if they can't sign a deal soon, it means this is just another PR stunt there is plenty of Solar projects going on and PSCEE has plenty contracts.
