RE:Wait a second...

VS:

I have a BIG problem with your KDI MPVD merger thesis.

MPVD appears undervalued based on the latest carat production volumes.  And Carats per tone.    And Stornoway's recent price increase in their last sale,  approaching $100US per ton.

KDI  the Kelvin Pipe is garbage.   Not worth anything today  to MPVD or DeBeers.

KDI has Kelvin Pipe is lower size   13.62M carats.   Grade is 1.60C per ton.   Lower value at
U.S. $63 per C.      Why would we want to own that junk  when  we have 10-20 years here of mining/production to do!!  At higher grades per tone and higher $$ per carat.

IMO the NPV of Kelvin Pipe to MPVD/DeBeers right now is about ZERO.    We don't need this pipe or this dilution!  Very simple analysis.

Perhaps this DD dude in Ireland thinks he is going to staack the BOD of MPVD and propose that MPVD acquire this so obviously dilutive garbage just to bail him out of his lousy investment in KDI.

Maybe PE is gone beacuse he was/is the only one left who was willing to stand up to the White Collar criminals about to commit a grand financial crime?
