exactly.  and before freaking out, and before using words like "fraud" gratuitously (no bias or position....yeah right, post history show similar attitudes towards FCC...) why not ask management directly, which is what I did

I called and spoke to Mr Bragagnolo; not a deal breaker by any stretch.   Do your own DD , always your best course of action

Since you talked with him, you should ask him why he used 0,76$ as a value for fcc to sell our company?  Fcc hasn,t traded at that value for more then 5 minutes in 76 trading sessions before they pushed it in the last 5 minutes and this is what he taught was a fair value for us??

avergae price that Fcc traded in the 60 previous days before they announce the merger was 0,55$....  This is the value they should be using for our shares...!  Ask him who would sell his company for an equivalent price that was trading for 5 minutes in almost 3 months!  That doesn't sound like a good deal for me!

for fcc shareholders it is! But for us and cobalt one!  Ouf!!  We got rob!  Good thing they didn't had time to push it to 1,50$ the day after!  We would have get 1 shares of fcc for every 8 shares of csk we have!
