Is Bruce working for us?

Is Bruce working for us?I mean guys, these are the numbers...

FCC in the previous 60 days, traded an average of 416 399 shares per day, at an average price of 0,55$...last time it traded at 0,76$ was on the 29th of March 2017, 52 weeks high 0,92$

So 60 days averaging around 420k per day means that almost 25 million shares were traded at 0,55$...  Don't you think it's the real value of FCC and that t's that value they should use to give us a comparable of the price they are giving us for our shares?

Divide 0,55$ by almost 4, the ratiothey are using...gives you around 0,15$ per shares...this is what they are buying our shares for...would you sell for 0,15$?

Based on FCC, value before the deals were announced, we should be receiving 0,36 shares for every csk shares we hold, not 0,26...  I mean, who would want to use the highest value that a stock traded for a ratio?  When almost 25 million shares were exchange at 0,55...  This is the real value of fcc...not the fake pumped value of 0,76$....  Co1 shareholders realized it too and their stock went down!

But FCC's management did what for you jot to see clearly?  They change the dates for the votes so that we all have to vote at the sametime!

I wonder what Bruce is receiving in that deal?
