if they are getting $2.4 million per annum now (potentially more if production increases as GMX noted it was higher in the past), then this royalty is worth a minimum $24 million WHICH IS GMXs ENTIRE MARKET CAP...THERE'S NO VALUE GIVE FOR ANY OTHER ASSET. way undervalued..it has some very nice assets.
