agreed, could be even up to 3million Can$ per annum at current zincprices.
Had GMX on my WL for a long time, but i really understimated the potential of the M-T royalty, otherwise i would have bought before, but finally pulled the tigger following the news.
I think the market also is not aware of the potential of the GSR and what it means for Globex.

Actually GMX was cash-flow nutral before, but now should be cash-flow and earnings positive.
One thing seems for certain their substancial royalty package, i believe they own about 40 different NSR/GMRs in a auction would most likely fetch multiple GMX current marketcap.
