RE:Unless we use 0,55$ for FCC's value

RE:Unless we use 0,55$ for FCC's valueok simon, no one knows whats going to happen during the merger and all the rest of it.....but wont the value of csk shares go up relatively well afterwards ?....if fcc,s worth is aparently a lot more then its associated partners will rise on its coat tails no ?....fcc is taking over the shares but the company csk will remain its own boss or entity or am i wrong ?...if so they can make things go well for csk by funding, mining, mill finance etc etc as it will be in their own interest to do so.....
and if we are sucked up into fcc then our aparent worth will be higher as well no ?
so i see it as the share holders getting apparently shafted at the begining, but in the longer term it may well prove to be their saving as they didnt or couldnt get the financing to get the mines going again and the mill etc etc....or am i wrong there too...
what troubles me the most is that theres NOTHING written about future of take agreements, financing input in the mill, customers in general, projected costs etc etc etc....
shell company so far....period....
i,d like to be a fly on the wall and know a little more about whats going to happen AFTER the merger....and IF the merger actually happens....
its ONLY a letter of intent....and they come and go...
anyone else got any clues ?
cheers iknolm
