RE:RE:RE:RE:crude oil above $47.00 againI feel your frustration deelong, as do others I am sure. Oil is down, IPL is down, Oil is up, IPL is still down. Dosent really make sense, what do we need to start moving up!!? Whatever it is, hope it happens soon. GLTA
