RE:FUD is a hard thing to make go away...FUD, a term so aptly used by George et al, Hmm. Josh /Emma had some points which I'm not able to refute, i.e. clinical, statistical, etc.
The one thing that he pointed out that sticks in my craw was Dr. Walker's comments indicating a very positive outcome before the results showed they weren't. Pretty powerful words that had lots of investors hopes up only to be squashed.
I am sure they have made their case in the 92 lbs of documents to the FDA. It might take more than 100 days to get through it all.
I believe that the FDA's will heed their words about "personalized medicine' and the EDT will use the money they SAID was to be for promotion in the not too distant future to "draw some inveestor interest". That would be a novel idea!! Enough of the slient treatment.
