Since we are on the subject of posing questions to management, someone should ask the following questions...

It is my understanding that once in operation, LDS will rely on Azonic Health Sciences, LLC to distribute CannaStrips and other cannabis products. This is what the company stated in the November 22, 2016 press release here.

So here are some questions about the distribution plans for LDS:

1. Is Azonic still how products will be transported from the Adelanto facility to dispensaries throughout California?
2. Has management formalized the Memorandum of Understanding with Azonic (see press release) and turned it into a definitive executed agreement or no?
3. If the answer to #2 is no, when will they and what are they waiting for?
4. Does Azonic have a Transportation License to move cannabis LEGALLY in the state of California? I could not find a web site for the company anywhere. I cannot overemphasize this question enough. I PERSONALLY want to verify they have a LEGAL Transportation License. If they do not it won't take much for one of Sessions' henchmen to shut down Azonic and by extension LDS for distributing its products illegally.
5. The only way to answer #4 is to call up Azonic directly and ask if they can produce a Transportation License. I can't find contact info on them anywhere which seems a little strange for a company that has a distribution network and a LEGAL way to move weed around the state. It seems that sort of service would be a hot commodity in California at the present time. I'll be honest, it makes me suspicious without independently corroborating that Azonic is legit. LDS may need to provide contact info.
