RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another new issue....this time at $6.40Issue is still open - big offering and very close to the other one. Pure Family REIT did the same thing and is well below the new issue price. 

I think this will drop to around 6.20 or so - good pick up since will qualify for the dividend for this month also. 

If it does not drop below issue price then the issue is open to be subscribed.
