Also remeber about 8 months ago, just before they did thier reverse split. The main shareholders tried to screw all the investor with a lousy buyout deal that was voted out. Since then all I have seen is creative ways to reduce the value of the stock slowly. The dividend is nice and the stock is stable.. something i do not see too often (I am a novice at best) . The bold staements you mention may get backed up, but my gut feeling is they will underpreform and try to pull the share price lower over the year then they will try the buyout again.
