I missed this entirely when I read the May 4 PR until you posted it today. What this means now is that unless they have entered a new memorandum of understanding or signed an agreement with Azonic, LDS has no current PUBLICLY DISCLOSED plan to deliver products from its Adelanto facilities to dispensaries throughout California.

So LDS has the option to 1) find a Licensed distributor or 2) obtain its own medical cannabis distribution and transportation permit/license.

They have not disclosed what they plan to do. Anyone speaking with LDS management / IR please ask them to explain their plan and post here for ALL to see. If they plan to obtain their own distribution and transportation permit/license, how will this work? They don't have the infrastructure to distribute to hundreds of dispensaries. How will LDS distribute its products LEGALLY and how will it monetize a distribution and transportation permit/license for the benefit of LDS shareholders?

Finally, LDS' previously disclosed memorandum of understanding with Azonic Health Sciences, LLC ("Azonic") has expired in accordance with its terms, although discussions with Azonic are still active and ongoing.
