Here's what the majority is not understanding. No more paper comes unlocked for another year, save for the $1.00 PP which is being filed as a short form prospectus. Those PP units have $1.50 warrants that are triggered with a $2 share price. Chucky has a year to run this deal higher and get as much money in the till as possible. So..... what is the catalyst to run the deal higher from here once the PP closes? Id argue a re-pricing of the 2.3 cent warrants. I see no other way. Either way, Im sure Chucky knew those 3.6 MIL pp units he bought would fall out of the money once the last tranche of paper unlocked... but he also knows he will come out on top. Watch.
