Pilbara Minerals Limited is an Australia-based lithium company. The Company is primarily engaged in the exploration, development, and mining of minerals in Australia. Its 100% owned Pilgangoora hard-rock lithium operation is located approximately 120 kilometers (kms) from Port Hedland in Western Australia’s resource-rich Pilbara region. The operation consists of two processing plants: the Pilgan Plant, located on the northern side of the Pilgangoora area and produces spodumene and tantalite concentrates, and the Ngungaju Plant is located to the south produces spodumene concentrate. It owns 70% of the Mt Francisco project, which is located 50 km south-west of the Pilgangoora Project and hosts the large occurrence of outcropping pegmatites located nearby to Port Hedland. It is also pursuing a proposed downstream joint venture (JV) for the development of an approximately 43,000 tons per annum (tpa) lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) lithium chemical conversion facility in South Korea.

I am not sure firing the management is the answer. I agree with you that something is missing. I just don't think we have nearly enough info on why they are sucking wind.  Pls primary market is booming. This is what fustrates me. Year after year we get basically the same results.

What is being done to maximize sharholder value?  PLS is not growing sales. It has gone backwards in the last few years. I see people being hired at decents salaries and options being granted.  The guy hired to drum up interest has produced 0 questions on a confernce call in a year.  All I want to know is this money well spent?  Just one example.

PLS hired a guy and paid him 200k a year in LA for 2 years to do sales without the ability to sell product. Maybe I just don't know enough about this business or maybe these guys are just milking the company.  I don't know but I see a lot of assets with not much to show as a shareholder.
