the price mouvement you are talking about already happened between the 21 of June when they've announce the LOI and the 23 of June when we got halt and then they've announce the ratio on The following Monday...

to prove my point, I learned that the ratio was already set when they've announce pd the LOI on the 21 of June, but they needed time to push FCC's shareprice...!

this is how our Ceo worked for us...by giving time for the people behind FCC to push their share price up for us to receive less shares for our CSK shares! 

if he wanted another job somewhere else, he should have moved on that's it!
