RE:Inaugral European debt offering at 1.375% per annumOnly   fools   would   buy   unsecured   paper   in   a  real   estate   entity  at  such  a low yield   especially     when   the  real   estate   assets    can  be  leveraged   with  mortgages   without  limitation.   So   yes  it   is  a  good  deal  for    DRG.
