So... I called AzonicSo... I finally had some time and since no one had done it (and posted what they found), I called Azonic myself.
I called the phone number that @Canuck21C found: 805-426-3300
I asked to speak to Jim O'Neal but he was out so I asked to speak to Jim's right hand man and was connected to a gentleman named Ryan. I asked about Azonic Health Sciences, LLC but he had never heard of it. I explained why I was calling and asked if Jim has a cannabis distribution company on the side which promptly resulted in Ryan laughing out loud. He said no Jim does not have such a business. I asked if he mysteriously vanishes for hours at a time to do things he does not explain and he laughed and said no. He said Jim is 70 years old and has no such business. Ryan was forthright and sincere and was not in a hurry to get me off the phone. I have no reason to suspect he was covering something up.
I think the only connection to Azonic motocross, AzonicUSA.com is the fact that the company has a shipping and receiving location in Simi Valley which Ryan admitted and that matches by name (at least as far as Azonic goes) with Azonic Health Sciences, LLC.
Conclusion: DEAD END
If Azonic Health Sciences, LLC is cannabis distribution company in California with a LEGAL state cannabis Transportation permit, they sure do make themselves hard to find for any business who wants to use their services.... it's really quite odd.
This may all be a moot point as LDS has no current MOU or agreement with Azonic Health Sciences, LLC to distribute its products to dispensaries throughout California. So I really am left with two questions: - How will LDS distribute its products in California LEGALLY?
- If they plan to use Azonic, I personally want to be assured that Azonic is not a fly by night operation and has a LEGAL Transportation permit in the state of California
