RE:RE:RE:Can anyone tell me the correct market cap and OS? I contacted IR regarding the interim quarterly financials and MD&A. They said it would be released before the end of August. I'm hoping this will clear a lot of regarding their revenue growth and guidance moving forward.

How about 175 million common plus the recent PP for 195 million shares?

897k/195mm = 0.004 EPS for the q, or 0.018 annualized.

Not to mention, there are NO Sedar filings posted yet. The earnings figure may be real, but what constitutes it. How can anyone even verify this? 

PS earnings per share is not an accurate proxy for real profitability - the EPS metric can be manipulated easily with non-operating add backs to give the appearance of profitability despite operating profit potentially being negative.
