RE:RE:RE:RE:Why are pipeline stocks down? Thanks for response when2buy,

Ok I did not catch you trying to address immediate pipeline share price activity instead of longer term. When it comes to companies like IPL I always think longer term only. Looking at CAD 10 year yields & the US yields (2.0% &2.3% respectively) also they are both at their all time highs in the last 2 years but their yields have a huge amount of catching up to do to get to what pipeline like IPL is yielding safely keeping total payout ratio under 100%.

Is there any way to see some of IPL long term fixed contracts to see what they charge ? It is $ per barrel based on flow rates through their pipe what they charge I am sure, not a fixed amount of $. Would like to verify their contracts though as I have never actually seen them.

I Hope petronas abonding their plans here in BC is a wake up for BC politicians to get rid of the countless hurdles they impose on foreign energy companies trying to enter market. Yes, Energy prices have come down alot when discussion first started about building the LNG plant but had we had administration in BC similar to Trump they would have recieved the green light to begin construction right away.

IMHO The US Fed & BOC have both also had their share of out-of-control property price values which are primarily due to international money ( legal & illegal ) coming into the Countries which needed to be slowed down. That was another reason also I believe for them raising rates.
