Responsibilities

Implement and update processes and procedures for the review and execution of customer and vendor contracts
Work on drafting, reviewing, evaluation and negotiating vendor contracts and contracts with customers to ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies and guidelines.
Work on drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements including NDAs, consulting agreements and other contract documents as required.
Liaise with various internal departments to coordinate review and approval of various types of contracts.
Maintain and file corporate records, including resolutions, board of director changes, annual reports, etc.
Coordinate and receiving board and committee signatures for documents and materials
Maintain the intellectual property portfolio
Research and review public relations and media releases, trademarks, patent information and licensing agreements.
Perform special projects as needed.
