RE:RE:RE:RE:China DealAt the moment any money received before the last deal has been spent and
you can't spend a reduction of debt and until "we will" turns into "we received" the China money 
your living a fairy tale dream. However, if the unspoken truth is an FDA yes
then a firming of the deal within days then we get to tick 2 boxes and life is better but
until then it an uphill battle.
