RE:RE:RE:RE:so albertan are you saying if GTGDF was to go aboveBuckshot, thanks for posting these details -- I'm sorry to post the question and then take off for the day, but it didn't make sense to me that the company would be obligated to keep the stock price within a range while the PP was open.  This does make sense, I appreciate it.

And it's true, I am new to investing.  I've never participated in a private placement, nor paid much attention to the rules that regulate them.  I was only interested here because it seemed to suggest that GTT would be obliged to sell their stock to keep the price down until August 17th, which simply didn't sound realistic.
