AGM Update

AGM Update
I have just received a call back from the BC Securities Commission, following my query on reporting timelines.  It appears that  Venture listed companies, have 10 days to file with SEDAR, ONLY if there has been a change within the company e.g. appointment / dismissal of directors.  If no such changes have been made, the company is not obliged to file anything about the AGM.  I cannot remember what was listed on the AGM agenda - anyone care to respond?
